Tania Beasley-Jolly is a strategic creative consultant and public speaker with over a decade of experience in the fashion, luxury, retail, lifestyle and design industries. She is an internationally traveled executive with a global eye, combining proven expertise in brand building for emerging talent and start-up businesses. 

With a mastery of both non-profit and commercial landscapes, Beasley-Jolly delivers a multi-dimensional approach to problem solving, driving strategic creative solutions and innovative collaborations, sales and client engagement for her clients. She is also the co-founder of MERCH, an experiential retail concept which brings intriguing global brands in fashion, beauty, and home to those who covet the new, the novel, and the next. MERCH works with top-tier brands, including Proenza Schouler, PERRIN Paris, Mansur Gavriel, Galvan London, and more.

Most recently, Beasley-Jolly served as a Marketing Director for Saks Fifth Avenue and is the is a co-founder of the Saint Louis Fashion Fund, which supports emerging design talent and fosters education and outreach along with its signature project, the Saint Louis Fashion Incubator. She has been fortunate to collaborate with many international brands and has high-level contacts in the fashion, art and retail industry. 

As an early trend spotter with a keen sensibility for what is new and next, Beasley-Jolly is a trusted source and connector for her clients. She has been featured and quoted in several publications.

Beasley-Jolly received her Bachelors degree in Art History from Washington University, Saint Louis and a Masters in Art History from Howard University, DC. She has worked at several museums including, MoMA, the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Phillips Collection. A trained opera singer, Beasley-Jolly studied at the Manhattan School of Music and has performed internationally. 

Beasley-Jolly resides and works in Europe and North America. She enjoys travel, opera and spending time with her family.
